All credit cards are processed by hand to ensure there is enough inventory of the product you are ordering to fullfill your request.

Prices

  • Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's price differs from our stated price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancelling your order.

  • TacticalTeamSupport.net reserves the right to make corrections in the event of a misprint.

Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 1-3 business days (M-F) for order processing. Many of these items are special order and we will notify you of the estimated ship date.
  • After the processing period, your order should arrive within 5-7 business days.
  • If you would like your order shipped via another shipping method; 2-day, 3-day select, etc.; please note that in the comments section and we will be happy to provide you with a quote/estimate.
  • Because of dimensional weight, Tactical Team Support will provide you with a shipping quote before processing orders of heavy, large, or odd shaped items.

Return Policy

  • Items may be returned up to 30 days from receipt of order with prior approval. Please email or call us to receive a RMA number.
  • Items delivered more than 30 days prior are not eligable for return and if received will be shipped back to sender at their cost.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee, up to 30 days from receipt of item.
  • The item cannot be used or show signs of being worn, ie. in new condition, and must return in its original packaging.
